Description:
The following steps are meant to help trainees when they are seeking support with issues they encounter in the CACWT system.
Instructions:
1. From your trainee dashboard, in the left sidebar, select the “Help” option.
2. Upon selection of the “Help” option, you will be redirected to the CACWT Help Ticket page.
3. On the CACWT Help Ticket page, you will have the option to chat with a live agent if you select the “Message Me” button or the message icon in the lower right corner stating “Chat live with an agent now!”.
4. Once you have selected either the “Message Me” button or message icon, a prechat form will appear prompting you to fill out some information regarding your technical support needs. Fill out the form to the best of your ability and start the chat.
(Note: there is a search bar in the prechat form where you can enter keywords or phrases relating to your questions/concerns. If in the database, you will be presented with related articles that may already contain the answers you are seeking.)
5. Once you have entered the pre-chat form and started the chat, the next available agent will connect with you. If an agent is unable to assist you live, then a ticket will be created to provide you with further support.
